Dr. Veronica Barcelona de Mendoza, postdoctoral associate for the Intergen Study, recently spoke as part of a panel presentation on the diversity in health care, public health and academia at the University of Michigan School of Public Health’s 30th anniversary for the Summer Enrichment Program. This is a program that pairs undergraduate students with hospital and health care leaders during a summer internship with the hopes of increasing diversity in health care administration and policy.  Dr. Barcelona de Mendoza is an alumnus of the program.  Congratulations to Dr. Barcelona de Mendoza on this well-deserved recognition.
